Nancy Herron Walters, Santee, SC

Mrs. Nancy Herron Walter, age 94 of Santee formerly of Bamberg died Friday after a brief illness at her residence.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 17, 2019, at 3:00pm at Cooner Funeral Home Chapel 287 McGee Street Bamberg SC 29003 with Rev. Charlie Lucas officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at funeral home before the service.

She was born on August 20, 1924in Bamberg County to the Late Richard Herron and the Late Sallie Morris Herron.

She was retired from Colleton County Clerk of Court.

She is survived by her daughter Diane Walters Phillips, a grandson Shawn Murphree, granddaughter Amara Clark, two sisters Julia Herron Gunnells, Wilma Jean Herron (Mike) Ridge, and a number of nieces and nephews.
