Addie Lou DuBois Padgett

Mrs. Addie Lou DuBois Padgett 81, of Bamberg, SC passed away Friday, July 21, 2017.

Funeral services for Addie Lou DuBois Padgett will be held 11:00am Monday, July 24, 2017 at the Spring Branch Baptist Church with the Rev.  Donnie Delk officiating. Burial will be in church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00am-11:00am, one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Padgett was born October 4, 1935 in Hampton County, SC to the late Clarence C. DuBois, Sr.and the late Addie Zorn DuBois. She was married to the Late Robert Henry Padgett, Sr. She was a homemaker, Substitute teacher at Bamberg-Ehrhardt Middle School, and had her own daycare for years, and was called Oma by her great grands.

She is survived by one son Robbie Padgett (Beth), one daughter Sonja Padgett Ott (Wayne), grandchildren Stacey Ott Stokes (Tripp), Richard Wayne Ott, Jr. (Whitney), Sarah Elizabeth Padgett, Ashley Nicole Padgett, Jessica Leigh Padgett, great grandchildren Weston Ott Stokes, Emersyn Rane Stokes, Finley Grace Ott, and number of nieces and nephews. She was Predeceased by 2 brothers Billy DuBois and C.C. DuBois.
