Billy Dean Priester, SR, 53 died Saturday, July 12, 2025 at the Bamberg Denmark Emergency Center.  He was a son of the late George Allen Priester and Evelyn Mae Jackson Priester.

Mr. Priester was a member of Spring Branch Baptist Church and attended Colston Branch Baptist Church.

He is survived by his son Billy Dean (Marissa) Priester, Jr. and two grandsons, Dawson Priester and Cortlen Priester.  Additional survivors are his Fiancee Tina Thomas and four brothers, Allen Priester ,Darryl Priester, Michael Priester and Scott Priester.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at the Spring Branch Baptist Church with the Rev. Shawn Hanks officiating.  Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church sanctuary.

Mr. Priester was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Priester.
