Cynthia Dianne McGinnis entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.  She was a daughter of the late Marjorie and Claude Gibson.

She is survived by her husband, Jake McGinnis, sister, Connie Thompson (Chuck), a daughter, Jennifer Nimmo (Robert), and a son, Lee Wallace (Nita).  She also leaves behind six grandchildren, Kendall Geer (Mark), Joseph Rogers, Brandon Wallace, Chasen Nimmo, Clarkson Nimmo, and James Nimmo and two great-grandchildren, Kerrigan and Ryan Geer as well as several nieces and nephews.

Dianne enjoyed spending time with her family and her dogs.  She was a dedicated Nascar fan and didn't miss a race.  She also loved cruising and was looking forward to her next vacation.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to MAMAS animal shelter in Bamberg, South Carolina.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 1st at 2:00 pm at the home of Jake McGinnis (4154 Faust Street, Bamberg, SC 29003).
