Funeral services for Ms. Elsie M. Williams of Bamberg, SC will be held 2:00pm Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at the Cooner Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charlie Lucas officiating. Burial will be in Bamberg County Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm-2:00pm, one hour prior to the service.

Ms. Williams entered into eternal rest September 22, 2017 at her residence. She was born in McColl, SC on May 20, 1941 to the late Edgar Pate and the late Edna Tendall Pate.

She was a loving, sweet, and caring mother, hard worker and loved her animals.

She is survived by one son David E. Williams, 1 grandson Michael E. Williams, and number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband David H. Williams, and her son Danny Williams.
