Mr. Joseph Roland Fagan, died Saturday, January 20, 2018.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00PM Wednesday, January 24, 2017 at Cooner Funeral Home Chapel with military honors (www.coonerfuneralhome.com) 287 McGee Street Bamberg SC 29003. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM at funeral home.
He is survived by his wife Paula Allen Fagan and 3 children.
In lieu of flower memorial may be made to Bamberg Flag Project PO Box 1178 Bamberg, SC 29003.
