Teresa Jane (Jacobs) Fisk, 59, of Bamberg, SC entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 28, 2024. She fought a long, hard battle with cancer and is now in the arms of our Lord and Savior.
Teresa was born in Savannah, GA to the late Helen Jane and William Carl Jacobs. She graduated from Bamberg Ehrhardt High School and worked at Phoenix Specialty in Bamberg for 23 years. She was an active member of Colston Branch Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, traveling, and spending time with her family. She was a loving friend, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a follower of Christ and never lost faith in His will. She leaves behind in body, but not spirit, her loving husband and best friend of 43 years, Ray Fisk; two children that will forever look up to her, Renee (Bubba) Linder and J.R. (Megan) Fisk; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild that were her world and reason to fight, Michael (Tori) Bellamy, Bryce (Rachel) Hughes, Austin Fisk, Addison Linder, McKinley Fisk, Riley Linder, Rayghan Linder, and Coastlynn Bellamy; and her brother, William (Nancy) Jacobs.
Survivors also include: a brother, Gary Jacobs; an aunt, Mary Flowers Odom, honorary sisters, Misty Cook and Anna Cooler Carr; several nieces and nephews; and many friends who all loved her dearly. Her battle here on Earth is over and she is now healed. She will be truly missed, but forever in our hearts.
Funeral services will be held at 3PM on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Colston Branch Baptist Church followed by a meal graciously provided by her loving church family. Any flowers may be sent to Cooner Funeral Home in Bamberg, SC. Also, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of her fight.
